The Recruitment Coordinator will be working in a busy, fast paced environment helping to support the wider recruitment team on an international scale. It is a great opportunity if you have some previous HR experience but are looking to get your foot in the door after recently graduating.
The client is a Financial Services firm with a renowned reputation in the Financial Services industry. The business has been well established and is continuing to grow, hence the vacancy to support the growing headcount of the firm.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing wider support to the recruitment team.
From scheduling interviews, to liaising with candidates and providing feedback, you will also have the opportunity to source and work closely alongside Talent Acquisition Specialists.
The successful candidate MUST have a university degree and must have some previous experience in HR or recruitment in the form of an internship or a placement year, ideally up to 1 year of experience. You must be switched on, articulate and driven. Communication skills are key for this role.
