Leading charity looking for an experienced Recruiter/Talent Advisor for a 12 month FTC

Your new role

You will be working in a high volume environment advising line managers on writing effective job descriptions, best ways to source and attract candidates, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews. Supporting managers with interviews and assessment processes

  • Ability to work in a high volume environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Flexible working options available role is currently home -based but may move to hybrid working as restrictions ease.
