Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 months
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering solutions in partnership with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Team Lead. This role is full lifecycle recruitment in a very hands-on, fast moving environment where you will advise, coach and influence hiring managers to ensure best-in-class service.

As Talent Acquisition Partner, key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing sourcing plans
Building talent pipelines and conducting direct sourcing activity and research
Screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process
Acting as an advisor and coach to hiring managers, building strong trusting relationships
Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience delivering full life cycle recruitment services, ideally within enabling/professional service functions
- Knowledge of and ability to identify key candidate sources externally to build potential candidate pools ie Beamery
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Demonstrable experience working closely with HR Partners - HR business partnering, global mobility, reward team
£250 per day
