Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your first step up into an HR Advisor role - then this 6 month fixed term contract could get you there.
Working as part of the HR Team with site responsibility for headcount of around 300 you will be focused at least two days a week on compliance reporting - analysing people metrics and maintaining a number of trackers.
Under the guidance of the Head of HR you will also be the first port of call for all on site line managers, signposting them to relevant policies and giving general advice. The complexity of advice provided will grow over time and you will always be fully supported.
You will be site based at least three days per week. Full training and support will be given as you transition into your new role. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the employee life cycle and a natural fondness for numbers and analysis.
