HR Advisor - 6 month contract based Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Partnering with two other HR Advisors, and reporting into the HR Manager, you will enjoy working at pace and under pressure as key resource in support of team managers in delivering their people agenda.
You will be involved in everything within the employee lifecycle:
Talent acquisition and management - supporting line managers in identifying skills gaps and recruitment needs and planning according.
Regular HR planning meetings with key stakeholders to discuss people metrics, and identify any areas of risk, or development.
Coaching your line management cohort to feel confident in delivering their people manager role in full including delivering disciplinaries, investigations and performance management discussions.
Implementing company policy throughout your customer base and be on hand as the go to for advice and guidance.
You must have previous experience delivering HR support at this level in a commercial and highly paced organisation. CIPD level 5 would be beneficial but is not essential if you can demonstrate the required knowledge and expertise gained working in a hands-on HR role.
