An international accountancy firm are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join their established team. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Supporting Senior Resourcing Manager in implementation and delivery of resourcing strategy and projects to meet demands
  • Acting as trusted advisor to key stakeholders to ensure most effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies
  • Developing knowledge and understanding of designated business line
  • Recruiting for vacancies with focus on quality and suitability
  • Utilising all recruitment resources and social media to promote career opportunities to increase number of direct hires
  • Proactively building and maintaining internal relationships
  • Conducting interviews and providing guidance on suitability of candidates
  • Managing agency and supplier relationships and leading PSL reviews
  • Keeping up to date with market trends
  • Weekly recruitment analysis

As Resourcing Advisor, you will possess:

  • Significant recruitment experience either in-house of agency. Previous audit experience would be advantageous or wider professional services
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
