Leading Global Manufacturer in Melksham, looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team,
Description
As the HR Business Partner you will work alongside your stakeholders to implement and embed the strategic HR agenda for the business area of responsibility, focused on long term strategic business aims and capability requirements. You will provide HR expertise to the business and address all associated people matters in accordance with best practice, internal compliance and legal requirements.
You will be involved in all aspects of HR conducting a generalist remit as well as project work, employee engagement and employee welfare to managing external stakeholders.
Profile
- Degree Educated
- CIPD, or equivalent educational achievement
- Experience working within a multi-site manufacturing company is advantageous
- Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with stakeholders to support and create positive business outcomes.
