Job Details
An international law firm based in The City are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and delivering end-to-end HR processes
- Providing first line response to partners, managers and employees on all HR matters
- Owning specific client groups within the Firm
- Supporting employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and capability
- Monitoring absences, identifying any issues and producing relevant reports and analysis accordingly
- Assisting with annual HR activity such as compensation processes and performance
- Arranging client and internal secondments
- Monitoring and updating HR policies
- Managing new joiner and probation processes
- Leading on exit interviews
- Training and supervising an HR Apprentice
- Supporting and leading on various HR projects
As HR Advisor, you will possess:
- Proven experience at HR Advisor level within legal or professional services
- Strong experience of full range of generalist HR disciplines and management of end-to-end operational processes
- Experience of improving processes and driving value add HR service delivery
- Experience supporting ER cases
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Strong HRIS experience
