Senior Reward Analyst
12 month contract
£50,000 - £55,000
We have a current opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst reporting directly into the Head of Reward. This is a project based Reward role as well as incorporating the business as usual activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and enhance the provision of total rewards reporting, analytics and insight, through the provision of high quality and accurate management information.
* Support the compensation benchmarking survey participation and analysis across the EMEA region.
* Support of total rewards projects, in partnership with internal specialist teams.
* Assist in the delivery and ongoing development of the Global Job Architecture, including the implementation of salary ranges.
* Support the continuous improvement, including harmonisation and optimisation, of total rewards policies, programmes, processes and practices.
The successful candidate:
* Highly developed Excel skills, including Power BI and VBA.
* Broad-based Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits role, in a multinational organisation.
* Confident working within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, capability to adapt, manage ambiguity and prioritise.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
