I am working with a Financial Services organisation as they look to hire a Compensation Manager on a 9 month contract either on a Fixed Term Contract or day rate basis. The Compensation Manager will report in to the Head of Reward. This role is to start as soon as possible.
This role will have access to senior internal stakeholders the successful candidate must be able to process complex data and build insightful comments on proposed compensation decisions. The candidate will be expected to build relationships which can be leveraged during the annual review cycle and beyond to influence reward decisions.
An ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective and offer areas for improvement in addition to document existing processes within the broader Reward team.
