The HR Administrator will support the Global Head of HR with a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, training, employee relations and projects.
My client is a not for profit market development organisation
- Production of all HR documentation as required Administration of new joiners and leavers on the HRIS Own the onboarding and offboarding processes for the UK & USConduct background checks for all employees and consultants globallyResponsible for end to end processing of HR/Payroll invoices Update, improve and maintain all HR reports, trackers, databases and systems Own the HR inbox Support with the creation of HR internal comms Maintain the HR sections on the intranet in collaboration with the Internal Comms Team Assist with HR projects and programs a requested by the Global Head of HR Support all Health and Safety initiatives as required Create and maintain all employee & HR files, ensuring archiving of leavers and adhering to our retention policySupport the administration of the annual compensation processSupport the monthly payroll processDeal with employee payroll related queries in the absence of the payroll specialists Provide general administrative support as requiredAny other ad-hoc duties
- Some experience working in an international HR department Effective communicator with excellent written English / telephone manner. Ability to communicate well to multiple audiences and international colleagues Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills Good attention to detail Excellent PowerPoint skills Good understanding of UK employment law and employee relations, desirable Self-starter - able to work individually as well as part of a team Can do attitude; willing to roll their sleeves up and deliver what is needed Experience of working in a high pressure environment requiring tact, judgement and discretion Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite Ability to work within a collaborative environment
This is an 18 month contract with possible extension project dependant. The salary on offer is between £26,000- £28,000
