Your new role
Working in a fast paced environment, you will take the lead on complex pay and reward issues, support the preparation of pay cases, back up cases with cost modelling/financial data and will analyse large data sets/MI reports to give evidence based recommendations to senior leaders within the organisation. You will have the opportunity to identify and develop improvements to the Reward strategy, ensuring the organisation remains within the public sector pay policy and ethics within a public sector organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience at a similar level with an excellent understanding of pay and rewards processes. You will have strong planning and great analytical skills.
