Band 10 SCP 28 – 31

£32,234 - £34,728 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our friendly and well-established HR team. We are looking for an experienced individual who can demonstrate that all important, flexible ‘can do’ attitude. The Senior HR business Partner will help to shape and support the strategic and operational management of people.  They will also need to provide dynamic solutions to people issues.

You should be able to work independently and possess a high level of organisational and administrative skills in order to manage and prioritise a varied workload providing support to the team across all HR functions. The job involves handling and processing personal data and therefore a high degree of confidentiality is required. With excellent IT and interpersonal skills, you will enjoy working as part of a team as well as taking personal responsibility for delivering a high quality of service.
