Job Details
We are searching for a talented individual to join one of our clients, a fast growing tech company, as a Payroll Specialist.
You will play a crucial role in the companies growth and success by managing ever increasing payroll. This is ideal for someone who wants to get into the Payroll space, with little or no experience.
Duties include:
- Managing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
- Prepare weekly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail orientated manner
- Manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation and personal information
- Work with an external payroll provider
- Provide payroll information to employees by answering questions and requests
Skills required:
- Advanced excel skills essential
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
- A great analytical thinker who enjoys having autonomy
- A genuine interest in Payroll or Reward
