Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading business based in Central London, to recruit a commercially orientated, "hands on" Interim HR Manager, initially for six months.
This is an exciting opportunity for a true 'generalist' HR Manager / Business Partner, to work on a multi-site region, partnering stakeholder to ensure a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this diverse 'all-rounder' position, will see you drive the people agenda, lead on all HR focused projects, be a point of escalation to the shared service team for your region and, act as a 'true business partner' to management across all sites.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to seek alternative and innovative methods to help guide and advise, to ensure the business is understanding of different cultures, working practices and challenges.
Suitable applicants must possess considerable HR generalist experience, with solid and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, ideally gained within a multi-site operation. You will be creative and pragmatic, possess a strong commercial acumen, have evidence of partnering to deliver business objectives and be a proven leader. Strong IT and MI reporting skills are also essential.
