My client is the largest supplier of industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe. They are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis to join their team.
Your new Job In your new job as HR Administrator you will be responsible in providing a comprehensive and customer focused service for all first line HR and Administration duties for the business. You will cover all activities within the employee lifecycle and manage all incoming queries through the shared services mailbox and telephone line, triaging and escalating as required. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills gained from working within a similar environment or role. The role will be fast paced and therefore the ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills with an ability to manage one's own workload to set a standard of SLA. You must be comfortable with collating data and using systems and sustain and proactive approach.
