Our client are a large and well-known organisation who are growing their internal recruitment team to increase and improve recruitment processes and facilitate exciting change. They are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and support their Manchester office for a minimum 6 month period. This contract could be extended and this company can offer fantastic career opportunities.
The key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist are providing strategic advice and guidance on recruitment processes, managing relationships with hiring managers and vendors, implementing various services, liaising with key suppliers, tracking and monitoring KPIs and SLAs, building customer and supplier relationships, offering advice and adhering to policies and procedures, collating data for reports, cost analysis, owning delivery of workforce plan, understanding the operational needs of the business, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role is based in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience within a fast-paced recruitment role
- strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability build and influence working relationships
- a keen problem solver and able to use initiative
- computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
