Your new Job
In your new role as HR Advisor you will provide dedicated support to the HR Business Partners and their fee-earning departments. You will act as the local HR representative for those groups and manage the day to day operational issues that arise. The role will be very generalist with responsibilities consisting of employee relations casework, talent management, salary reviews, data & analytics, and be involved with projects. Other duties include but are not limited too are probation review meetings, absence management, monthly MI reports, performance management and advising line managers and employees on policies and procedures. To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience working as a HR Advisor and have the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient, can use their initiative and be flexible in both there thinking and in their approach.

- Previous experience in a HR Role
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Graduate or equivalent CIPD Qualified
