This is a permanent role and offering between £35-40k DOE.
A growing company, my client seeks a solid generalist HR Manager to maintain HR across the Huddersfield site, and manage strong relationships with key senior stakeholders within the business. The role will focus on day to day operations, employment law advice, and HR project work around engagement and well being. The role will span across both internal HR operations, and client consultancy! This role would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or HR Consultant, who is strong with relationship management within this corporate environment, who has a professional approach and can work autonomously and as part of their supportive team to support their growing client base.

We are looking for a Generalist who can get stuck in, influence, collaboratively work on UK wide HR projects, and drive those through the site, the go to person for management for all HR related enquiries. To be considered you will have experience within a legal environment, or Financial/professional services environment. You will be highly knowledgeable in Employment Law, CIPD qualified and be available to start immediately!
