As the Senior HR Project Manager - Change and Transformation, you will work closely with the Senior HR team to advise on and project manage the delivery of a range of key HR projects and initiatives.
You will be able to offer a Senior HR profile, excellent Project Management, as well as change and transformation experience, and bring gravitas to play in all interactions.

As the Senior HR Project Manager - Change and Transformation, you will work closely with the Senior HR team to advise on and project manage the delivery of a range of key HR projects and initiatives.

Current and future change projects are likely to include:

  • Rolling out an Oracle talent pipelining project.
  • Kornferry job families project.
  • Leading on hybrid working model.
  • Health and well-being initiatives.
  • Broader cultural change projects.

This will initially be for a period of 12 months.

The company operate a hybrid working model, offering a balance between working from home and being in the office in Oxford.

Profile

To apply for this Senior HR Project Manager - Change and Transformation role, your background will typically include the following:

  • Senior HR profile - ideally with experience gained within a bigger/corporate environment.
  • Excellent Project Management skills and experience.
  • Lots of experience managing change and transformation, ideally within a scale-up environment.
  • Project Management qualification/s.
  • Manufacturing industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Can demonstrate true gravitas and the ability to diplomatically manage sensitivities.
  • Available at short notice for a (minimum) 12 month assignment.
