Page Personnel HR are working with a Warrington-based client who are seeking an HR Administrator to join and support a busy HR team for a period of 4 months. The work will span across all core areas of HR in an administrative capacity.

Client Details

Our client are a global company with sites across the UK. Their Warrington office is seeking an HR Administrator to join and support a busy HR team with all aspects of administration across the core areas of HR; including recruitment, onboarding, training and employee lifecycle duties. The contract will be for a minimum period of 4 months.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator are updating and maintaining HR systems, processing new starter paperwork, scanning personnel files, absence and return to work paperwork, producing offer letters and contracts to facilitate recruitment processes, coordinating medicals, updating occupational health, arranging training. The role is based in Warrington for a minimum period of 4 months.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in an HR administration capacity
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • computer literacy with MS Office and HR Systems
  • CIPD desired not essential
  • ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • ability to work under own initiative
  • meticulous attention to detail

Job Offer
