Our client are a large and reputable company with offices in Warrington. They are recruiting for an HRIS Manager to join and support the wider HR team and company with the management of all HR data and systems. The role is permanent and offers hybrid working.
The key responsibilities for the HRIS Manager are processing data and ensuring compliance in line with GDPR, coordinating payroll information, liaising with outsourced payroll provider, undertaking quarterly audit checks, producing templates for use by line managers/employees, managing the internal notice board, streamlining communication lines with employees, working closely with the L&D team, collating and manipulating data, producing reports, and producing training resources. The role is based in Warrington and offers flexible working.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in a similar role
- strong knowledge of HR Systems
- good communications skills
- ability to manipulate data
- computer literacy with MS Officer and HR systems
- meticulous attention to detail
- passionate about data
