Interim HR Transformation Director - HR Process - Workday and ServiceNow - c£700-£800 per day inscope of IR35

As Interim HR Transformation Director you will act as the global HR process owner as part of a transformation project to implement a global HR shared service centre. Upon joining the business, the processes will be built and so the focus of this role will be the operational implementation and process configuration for all HR SSC, onboarding and Talent Acquisition processes. You will work with the Workday and ServiceNow teams to build the process design with an understanding of the implications and impact on the customer as well as agree SLAs, expectations and how to report back to the HR function.
The successful candidate will be an HR Transformation or HR Process Specialist who has led process development and improvement roles within a HR shared service centre operating across a global context. It is essential that you have used Workday and ServiceNow and hold knowledge of how to build ServiceNow into the business from an HR process perspective. Experience in a financial services or IT business would be highly advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate working on hire to retire processes with a focus on HR SSC and onboarding processes. You will be quick to influence and engage and be able to demonstrate how you have worked in a challenging environment. You will be immediately available to start a new role and will be able to commit until May 2022. You will be required to work in the London office at least 2 days per week.
