IMMEDIATE START - Temp to Perm - Recruitment Coordinator based in Wrexham - Full Time - Monday - Friday

Your new company

My client is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team on a Temp to Perm basis.
Based in Wrexham the company specialise in producing food products for the mass market and are at the start of a period of considerable growth.
You will be working within a very fast paced yet friendly team and be part of a small HR team

Your new role

Working closely with the HR team you will be required to source for a variety of positions within the organisation primarily focussing on Production Line and Packing staff.
The role is being offered as full time Monday - Friday - 08.30am - 17.00pm and working from onsite in the company Head Office


Some of your duties will include but not limited to

Writing and posting job advertisements
Telephone screening candidates
Sourcing candidates via a variety of different methods
Holding assessment centres
Giving feedback to candidates
Booking interviews and candidates onto assessment days
Presenting Health and Safety inductions


What you'll need to succeed

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Confident in presenting assessment days
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ideally come from a volume recruitment /resource background
Be able to prioritise an ever changing work diary
