Job Details
The client is looking a HR Advisor to start as soon as possible to support the HR Business Partners and their business units with day to day HR duties for 3-6 months. The role will focus on HR policies, responding to queries and managing employee relations.

The client is a global Financial Services firm specialising in insurance. They have several offices in the UK however this role will be based from their London office. The client prides themselves on their strong core values which align their company cultures.
Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for a range of duties, but primarily your role will be to support the HR Business Partners with day to day HR duties. Strong ER knowledge is crucial for this role as you may be managing your own caseload.
Profile
The successful candidate will be immediately available and have experience working in a HR Advisor capacity. You will have experience in leading and managing ER cases independently and possess strong Employment Law knowledge.
This role requires the candidate to come in and hit the ground running, so a competent HR professional with a CIPD level 5 as a minimum is a must.
