Your new company
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Global HR Director to join a pioneering, international organisation who are going through a stage of rapid growth. You will be working with experts across the globe, leading the people strategy, creating company wide processes and policies as well as building a successful HR function.

Your new role
As Global HR Director, you will be responsible for shaping the HR function and strategy in line with the organisations growth and change agenda, You will coach and support the management teams with annual performance reviews and development plans. You will work closely with the finance team when forecasting for future talent planning across the organisation. You will also take responsibility for global ER issues.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have operated within an international, rapidly growing organisation and will have a good understanding of the challenges of a start-up business. You will have a proven track record delivering multiple projects to a high standard, collaborating with senior managers across the organisation.
