Learning & Development Specialist - Birmingham
£300 per day (PAYE plus holiday pay)
6 months
Seeking a senior Learning and Development specialist who will be experienced in designing new products their self and indirectly through third party vendors. You will have experience of managing significant product offerings and programmes, ideally on a global scale.
You will manage a mixed portfolio of projects with responsibilities expected to include global product management, training design, learning curation, learning consultancy, communication and marketing, assessing the impact of the overall proposition.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a leading role in designing and managing an extensive learning offering in a large-scale or global organisation as well as experience of leveraging digital channels for learning delivery.
