Reward & Benefits Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are working with an exciting and growing global consumer business in recruiting for a Reward & Benefits Partner role on an initial 6 month FTC. As a senior member of the Reward Team, you will support the Head of Reward to define and deliver a compelling Reward and Benefits offering in line with the broader Reward strategy and to support the delivery of the business approach.
Day to day you will be working with the business to develop and manage a leading Reward programme to support the attraction and retention of key talent; you will develop and manage variable pay programmes, define the benefits approach in new markets to ensure they deliver a locally-relevant offering in line with our global principles and ensure the benefits offering is aligned to business values. In additional you manage flexible benefit programme and benefits such as private health insurance and life assurance as well as the global pension plan arrangements and coordinate legislative activities such as UK auto-enrolment.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in management of end to end compensation cycles as well as running Benefits programmes in UK and international businesses.
