About Us

Money Advice Trust provides free information, advice and resources to help people successfully manage their finances. With demand for money advice consistently outstripping supply, finding more efficient ways of helping people is at the heart of our work.

Every day, our Money Advisers make a huge difference by supporting people in difficult circumstances as part of our National Debtline and Business Debtline services. These services offer practical self-help – empowering people in debt to speak to creditors directly and put solutions in place to resolve their debt problems.

We’re currently looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join us on a full time, 10 month, fixed term, maternity cover contract.

The Benefits

- Salary circa £29,000 per annum (pro rata)

- Generous pension

- Life assurance

- A range of health and wellbeing benefits

- Money saving initiatives

- Rewards for working in line with our values

- 29 days’ annual leave (pro rata)

- One duvet day per quarter that can be taken at short notice (taken out of leave allowance)

- The option to buy/sell leave

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with experience in the use of HR systems, to join a forward-thinking organisation to cover a period of maternity leave.

This role will initially be home-based, with the possibility of moving to some office-based days later in the year when our Birmingham office re-opens.

So, if you are eager to work in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a service that transforms lives, this is the role for you.

The Role

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will ensure our HR system is maintained and updated accurately and efficiently.

You will take responsibility for system upgrades and implementing new functionalities, as well as the production of a wide range of management information and reports.

You will also contribute to a number of other HR projects and administration work, such as assisting with recruitment campaigns, managing our temporary office accommodation and other associated HR administration.

About You

To join us as an HR Systems Analyst, you will need:

Ideally, you will have experience of producing and publishing Gender Pay Gap reports.

Please note, this role will initially be based at home. As such, you will be proficient in the use of remote working applications such as Teams and will have a suitable workstation in place at home with a strong internet connection. There may be an option to move to some office-based days later in the year when our Birmingham office re-opens.

The closing date for applications is Monday 26th July 2021.
