An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a big brand in Manchester as a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible in providing generalist HR advice across the business while also working closely with the HR Manager, Head of HR and Business Partners on a range of generalist HR activities and projects. Duties within this role include absence management cases, performance management, recruitment activities, coordination of maternity/paternity, contractual changes, and complex case management such as restructures, disciplinary & grievances. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a generalist HR Advisor role within a busy HR environment within a medium/large sized organisation. You must have the ability to work in an agile manner and want to positively contribute and support the company's culture and values which is high performing and dynamic.

- Knowledge of HR Systems
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Experience dealing with diverse business areas
