An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Healthcare business for a Recruiter to join their busy and growing in house team! This is a 12 month maternity contract, to cover sites in the North of the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fast paced organisation, working with up to 40 key stakeholders, you will get the chance to build strong working relationships,
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment the post holder will manage the full recruitment cycle up to on boarding, and be a key interface with senior management within the business.
You will manage key senior relationships within the business, manage the full recruitment process from advertising to offer, screening, interviews, all the paperwork, candidate attraction and building talent pools – in particular utilising social media. Working alongside another recruiter within the region, you will also get to travel across different sites in the region (Once restrictions are lifted), otherwise the role will be home based.
To be considered you must be an experienced Recruitment Advisor, This could be a great next step for a high volume agency Recruiter looking to make a move into an internal role! Ideally you will be from a fast moving environment so you are able to work to high volumes and react quickly. You will be expert with tools such as Linked in, a confident communicator who can manage expectations and hiring managers time lines, and a candidate used to recruiting for high volume positions from entry level right up to senior management.
