I have partnered with a progressive Training Firm to assist with their acquisition of a HR Analyst that will report directly into the HR Manager, in a hands on & varied opportunity. You will be joining a collaborative HR department that are proactive and forward hinking in their approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete onboarding process from background screening through to contracts for all new hires
- Work closely with the Recruitment department to assist with interview coordination, conducting interviews and offer letters
- Work with the HR team to continue to improve the Training & Development processes
- Process employee leavers and member retirements
- Process leave of absences
- Ensuring all staff payroll amendments are updated accurately
- Respond to any ad-hoc queries
- Continuous improvements of all our HR processes and procedures
Skills:
- 1 year experience in a HR Administration position
- Proactive
- Self-motivated
- Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising heavy and varied workloads
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
