Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global fashion brand who have an opportunity for an EMEA Total Reward Manager to come and join the team.
Reporting into the Global Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Building out the EMEA reward strategy
* Managing all elements of compensation across the EMEA region including all cyclical activities
* Taking ownership of company benefits and ensuring they are competitive and attractive
* Managing a variety of reward projects throughout the year including bonus and benefit reviews
* Working closely with senior stakeholders in the business to understand their needs and make sure that they are up to date on what is happening within reward
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in international reward and is excited by the prospect of building out a reward function.
