People Reporting Data Quality Lead

Oakleaf Partnership are working with one of our leading FTSE clients to find a People Reporting and Data Quality Lead to join their team on a 12 month FTC. Working closely with the HR and people analytics team, you will lead on People Data Quality BAU activities reporting into the Head of People Analytics.

The Ideal candidate will have experience using PowerBI, also systems such as Oracle Fusion and strong experience of the delivery of HR Management information and can communicate with Senior Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Head of People Analytics in Data Quality Strategy building and management
• Monitoring Data Compliance globally in relationship with Data Privacy team and local HR teams
• Provide HR Data Process management training
• Assist the team to ensure correct data is used to feed products
• Provide regular BAU reports to produce accurate data for complex annual reports
• Product development (Excel, PowerBI)
