HR Business Partner
Your new company
Joining a prestigious education provider in Oxford, you will be taking on the role of HR Business Partner to cover a seconded post until December 2022. The organisation are currently working remotely, but expect to see a Hybrid model rolled out shortly, therefore you must be commutable and willing to travel into central Oxford for this role.
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner, you will develop and maintain pro-active stakeholder relationships with key individuals across the organisation. Influencing and supporting a range of senior managers, directors and leaders to achieve a desired outcome. This role reports into the HR Director, you will support by contributing to the HR strategic agenda, taking the lead role in projects within HR and acting as a role model/leader for the wider team. You will line manage two HR Advisors who will come to you as a point of escalation for complex matters and for general day to day support.
What you'll need to succeed
An extensive background in dealing with complicated ER matters in regulated environments would be a huge advantage to be considered for this role. The organisation have a complicated suite of policies and process to apply and interpret. Its fair to say, this organisation have been through a lot of change recently, its really important that the post holder for this role can display resilience, excellent communication skills and be a true, credible HR Business Partner.
