This Recruiter role is a 12 month FTC role sat within the Talent Acquisition team reporting directly into the Talent Manager. You will be working in a busy, fast paced but collaborative and inclusive environment.

As a Recruiter, you will be managing the recruitment cycle end to end, recruiting across the corporate functions of the business.
You will be managing a high volume of roles at times, sourcing for candidates, scheduling interviews, networking and headhunting.
You will also be getting involved in stakeholder management and also exciting projects as the firm continues to progress its recruitment function.
This role has the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience dealing with a high volume of roles. Ideally you will have recruited for a variety of roles as opposed to a specialism.
Experience in recruiting in tech and finance is a plus.
You must be a confident, well spoken and fun individual who enjoys working collaboratively, as this team embrace strong working and personal relationships.
This is working for a forward thinking Financial Services firm based in London. The recruiter will have full autonomy of the recruitment cycle and will focus on recruiting roles across Tech and Finance. This role has the strong possibility to go permanent after the initial 12 months.
