HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business s they look to recruit for an interim HR Business Partner. This is a full time role, home based with regular travel into the London site, near Vauxhall. Salary is £40k-£45, depending on experience.
Reporting in to the Head of HR, the role will work in partnership with the managers and heads of departments to manage the day to day management of employment issues.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·To provide day to day advice and guidance on all HR issues in line with the companies policies, procedures and guidelines.
·To provide advice and guidance to managers on all HR issues, specifically in relation to the management of serious conduct matters, capability and employee relations issues.
·Provide advice on change management processes including active participation in TUPE transfers.
·Seek and provide legal advice to managers on employment matters.
·Ensure good employment practises are followed, promoting the organisation commitment to equality and diversity.
We are looking for:
·CIPD qualified level 5 or above.
·Excellent experience in all aspects of HR Management, gained in a generalist advisory capacity.
·Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and understanding of its application.
·Experience of working within highly regulated environments and well established processes.
·Experience in providing a comprehensive general HR advisory service with involvement in change management.
