Internationally renowned HE institute for performing arts (circa 200 headcount)
Client Details
An internationally-renowned specialist conservatoire, and branch of one of London's top universities.
Description
Managing the operational HR function of the organisation, as well as involvement in more strategic work and projects. Line managing 2 junior staff and reporting into the Head of HR.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in similar specialist Higher Education / Performing Arts organisations. Also a strong communicator and collaborator with experience in the following areas:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Managing Operational HR
- Managing teams
- Leadership and organisational development
- Employee Relations, Engagement and Communication
- Resourcing, recruitment and retention
- Using analytical job evaluation schemes, preferably HERA
- Understanding of UK Border Agency requirements
- Reward and recognition
- Learning and Development
- Employee well-being
- Leading / supporting on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- HR data and systems
