I currently have a new 12 month Global Pensions Specialist role. This role will report into the Head of Global Benefits. This role manages pension plans globally - includes policy as well as oversight of the design and risk management. The Global Pensions Specialist will also be responsible for management of the global biennial pension design and governance survey.
Day-to-day responsibility will include managing all of the international pension plans, international manager benefits and unfunded pension arrangements for senior executives - this will include compliance with global tax rules and procedures relating to investments and member benefit payments.
The successful candidate
* Experience in a global pension role is essential preferable with a tax background
* Must understand global tax best practice for pension plans
* Must understand best practice for pensions globally and be able to share knowledge in a practical and relevant way with others
