Learning and Development Lead
The purpose of this role is to lead on the development, procurement, design and implementation of specialist L&D services across the organisation; working with a number of different senior stakeholders.

DescriptionUnder the direction and guidance of the Chief People Officer, working within the HR Specialist Services Team, the purpose of this role is to lead on the development, procurement, design and implementation of specialist L&D services across the organisation, in response to need identified in accordance with the strategy and business plansWorking collaboratively with the Director of Teaching and other key stakeholders to enable the development and implementation of a wide range of learning and development priorities for all professions across the organisation (Teaching and Non-Teaching) are met. Providing professional specialist advice; on the ground support and delivery; and procuring wider services to support organisational requirements, this role is part of an outcome focused and proactive specialist service which delivers pragmatic and creative solutions and services across the organiastion.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience of designing, developing and delivering learning and development solutions across a matrix organisation or within a regulated environment;
- Experience undertaking skill gap analysis and ability to assess priorities, focusing on providing a suite of blended learning solutions which have the biggest impact and overall effectiveness to our strategic aims and objectives. Experience in evaluating effectiveness and impact of learning and development activities. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels; Education experience would be ideal
