We have an exciting new permanent job opportunity for a People Services Manager to join an exciting private equity backed organisation. The organisation has 750 staff that will be working for them with plans to grow. The remit of the People Services Manager will be to oversee the whole of the HR transactional side of the HR service to deliver a first class service to the organisation. You will directly manage a team of 3 HR administrators who will be responsible for the employee lifeclycle including onboarding and any transactional HR changes that take place.

You will be responsible to deliver a service through your team and will be responsible for ensuring that the business has the right level governance (HRIS, SOP, policies and procedures) throughout the employee lifecycle, to ensure they deliver 'right first time' . The business are on a journey with a new HR information systems and they are really focussing on driving automation through the HRIS.

You will also be responsible for working with the businesses outsourced payroll partner and ensuring that there is a seamless delivery of payroll services. The role is a really key role within the team and you will consistently drive the development of the service we deliver to our people that enables us to meet the current and future needs of the business. Working in partnership with the wider people team and business leaders to develop robust processes that add value and maximise employee experience.

Experience Required
Experience HR Management level candidate Must have payroll knowledge and experience (not processing but having an understanding as you will need to lead on the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider) Must have used a HRIS Experience of working within a complex environment Experience of setting up a new HR function or implemented a HR Service function The role is a full time permanent position with great flexible & remote working options available including 4 days for the right candidate.
