Recruitment Manager

Working together with the Head of Resourcing you will have the opportunity to play a key role in delivering the resourcing plan to achieve rapid growth within the region. The resourcing team has recently been through a period of transformation and this is an exciting opportunity to help shape innovation and operational excellence.

You will make an impact in this role by…

• Collaborating with the Head of Resourcing and others to help shape the operational plan
• Providing day to day leadership of a mixed in-house/outsourced operational team of Recruiters and Sourcers, sitting as an integral member of our Resourcing Leadership team
• Providing operational performance management, development and support to the Resourcing team members
• Integrating our focus across different types of hiring; contingent & permanent hires and working closely with our Early Careers Leader
• Instil operational confidence in our business leadership through strong stakeholder management
• Promoting the perception and reality that the Resourcing team are an integral part of the wider People Team
• Acting as a "brand ambassador" for resourcing internally and externally
• Building strong and influential relationships with key external partners
• Creating strategies and opportunities to ensure a diverse intake of talent into the company alongside our EDI Manager
• Driving continual development of our ATS and technology platforms, driving through continuous improvements and adopting new technologies in candidate attraction and management
• Working with our Head of Resourcing, ensuring that our outsource partners reach their SLAs and KPIs, providing meaningful and well communicated Management Information as appropriate internally and externally
• Working with the business leaders and wider people team to partner with the business on strategic workforce planning

• Creativity and drive, and along with your excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, you will have a good and holistic understanding of the in-house resourcing environment in a changing business
• Proven ability to work with data, drawing insights from analytics to ensure our approach is smart and efficient.
• Experience of working with outsource partners who are critical to the delivery of our service and the ability to both performance manage and work in partnership
• Experience across contingent and permanent hiring including internal resourcing
• Confidence in representing the Head of Resourcing where appropriate
• Passion for delivering an outstanding service, internally and externally
• Proven ability to manage a large, varied and changeable workload effectively, through demonstrating strong organisational skills
• Experience in managing change and ambiguity
• A sensitive and responsive approach to complex stakeholder requests
• Knowledge and understanding of market trends, developments and changes, including the impact of employment and immigration law
• An ability to work in a role that combines both operational delivery and strategic capability
