Recruitment Service Delivery Manager

Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a national FMCG client on a newly created Recruitment Delivery Manager. In addition to operational management of high volume and fast paced recruitment, you will lead regional and UK wide staffing initiatives, tackling complex problems that affect customers, working to resolve them with innovative solutions.


Reporting directly to the HR Director you will work to deliver highly effective temporary and permanent staffing solutions in support of local site operations. You will take the day to day lead in overseeing and supporting sites on all weekly paid and temporary recruitment activities across the UK division, offering guidance where necessary and engaging/coordinating the relevant agency suppliers (PSL/non-PSL) when required. You will be responsible for monitoring the appropriate use of systems, processes and technology, whilst ensuring robust and compliant operational processes are met.


Recruitment Delivery Manager - About you

• Proven track record of working in a fast paced, volume driven recruitment environment, ideally within the food or manufacturing industry
• Proven successful track record in a recruitment role – either agency or in-house
• Develop resourcing and labour market strategies for existing and new locations
• Lead the implementation of direct hires in dedicated locations
• Understand and influence labour planning requirements
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement within resource management processes on site and in the wider network, driving the use of best practice
• Take the lead on the roll-out of initiatives across the region and UK network
• Recruit, develop and support local onsite Recruitment resource
• Strong stakeholder management with a proven ability to consult and influence others
• Previous recruitment experience overseeing either agency and/or direct hire sourcing models in a high volume environment
