We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a high touch private equity firm in the city. This will initially be on a temporary basis for 6 months to support an extremely busy HR team, you will need to be a motivated team player who can work in a fast pace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting contract letters for new joiners and changes in employment
  • Keeping the HR System accurately updated with employee information and new joiners
  • Providing reference letters
  • Supporting with onboarding of high volumes of recruitment
  • Providing administration assistance to the HR team and Payroll Manager
  • Administration of the benefits system
  • First point of contact fielding HR queries

Key Skills:

  • Previous HR Administration experience in a fast pace, high pressure environment is essential
  • Keen to learn and takes initiative to support the team
  • Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
