A hugely successful Financial Services business based in London are now looking to hire a HR Manager into their small but highly efficient and collegiate team. The business have 550 staff internationally of which 220 are in London. The HR Team supports all of the population and currently consists of a team of 5.
The HR Manager is the proverbial glue that holds everything together and will also be the #2 to the Head of HR. The position will have an operational focus on employee relations, benefits, leavers process, immigration, payroll (front end-changes/additional payments etc), performance processes and will also lead on projects.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR the person will also be their number two, deputising in various situations and working closely with them for all people matters.
We are looking for superstar HR candidates that enjoy the operational side of HR who have previous Financial Services experience within a fast paced, busy environment. As this is a flat structured business it is critical that this individual call liaise at all levels. The successful candidate will also be a superb multi-tasker and be able to juggle numerous responsibilities at once.
This role will suit a can-doer, someone with a positive outlook who is team centric and can see the wider picture.
