This progressive public sector service are seeking a skilled HRBP to join their developing team and support the wider business within the Lancashire and Cumbria region.
Your new role
The role of the Human Resources Business Partner will be to enable Managers to manage their people, by providing appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people to achieve departmental goals and corporate objectives.Will be required to support managers in relation to absence management via the development of appropriate policies, provision of advice, undertaking welfare visits, supporting managers within the formal stages of the absence management procedures and completion of individual and stress risk assessment. You will also support the Head of HR with the current strategic HR projects on-going within the organisation including supporting with an internal ED&I project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be MCIPD qualified and have strategic HR exposure within a developing organisation.
This role will offer true flexible working but may require some travel across the immediate area.
