This global sustainable energy organisation have approached Hays Human Resources seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their business due to increased workload and internal employee development demands. This fast paced, diverse and ever changing organisation are seeking a HR professional with a strong employee relations, stakeholder management and relationship management experience.
Your new role
You will report into the Senior HR Business Partner for the North West and take responsibility of the day to day HR operations involving the relationship management across the business area of 250 headcount. The role requires an individual with previous knowledge and passion for supporting with:
Management of sickness absence
Capability management and the development of people management skill sets
1st line HR support and query management within a blue collar working environment
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years HR experience operating at HR advisory level.
Ideally a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
The ability to work on site in Barrow in Furness (some home working/flexible working)
