International HR Manager position for a fantastic Not for Profit organisation based in Birmingham

Client Details

The client is a Not for Profit organisation based in Birmingham

Description

As International HR manager you will be responsible for;

  • Line management of 3x HR BPs and HR Assistant
  • Report into the Head of Support Services and Finance
  • Senior HR Lead to oversee the global HR operations across 32 countries
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching and supporting global hr operations staff to enable good people management
  • Leading HR recruitment processes including onboarding, pre employment checks etc
  • Managing ER casework
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Absence and performance management

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have experience working within an (ideally international) Not for Profit/NGO organisation
  • Expert in ER and Employment Law
  • Minimum CIPD L5
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team management experience
  • Experience operating at HR BP/Manager level

Job Offer
