HR Coordinator

Asset Management, Financial Services

£40,000 - £50,000

City of London

I have exclusively partnered with a fantastic global Asset Management firm as they look to hire a HR Coordinator. This is a newly generated position in the organisation, that also reflects the growth that the firm are looking to go through in coming years (20% years). This is a pure generalist opportunity, with the opportunity to work closely with the 2 HR professionals and be the primary point of contact for the wider organisation.

  • Independently work with the global outsourced payroll provider to ensure all payroll queries and payments are completed on time
  • Point of contact for all employee queries including payroll, benefit forms, holiday requests & any other transactional question
  • Maintain & improve all HR specific systems and ensure all data is confidentially and correctly inputted and stored
  • The global point of contact for all Recruitment Coordination queries, including being in contact with various recruitment agencies
  • Assist with the annual compensation process
  • Analyse and report on HR specific data to assist with evaluation and improvements

  • Previous HR experience within a small department & ideally a Financial Services organisation
  • Strong payroll coordination experience
  • Ability to blend approach
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
