International HR Manager
Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working with a leading global charity on a HR Manager role. Leading a team of 4 you will need to develop and implement key aspects to contribute to the achievement of the division’s strategic deliverables. Liaising with directors, heads of departments and seniors managers across all global operations.
The International HR Manager will provide strategic leadership, coaching and supporting globally based HR staff to enable good people management, empowering others to lead, and delivering on strategic ambitions relating to people and culture.
The International HR manager is expected to be accountable for the delivery of all international HR work-streams and lead on the implementation of key aspects of the unit’s work plans, systems, processes, policies and strategies
You will link in and assist with HR policy and best practice guideline. You will have regular contact with senior managers and staff across the organisation and play an advisory role on international HR areas.
Providing coaching, leaderships and support to globally based HR staff within country offices.
Maintain a strong working relationship and strong advisory service to senior management within International Programmes to include Heads of Departments, Country Directors and staff.
The post holder is often the first point of contact in the Global HR function and expected to act as a professional interface with internal and external customers.
International HR Manager - About you
- You must be CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum or equivalent
- It is essential that you have a proven background of leading a team of HR professionals
- Strong UK Employment Law knowledge is key
- You must be comfortable across all complex Employee Relations issues.
- Ideally you will have worked within a charity but this is not essential.
